How to Return a Purchase Online

When you ship a return, please include the bottom portion of the original packing slip within 14 days of purchase. For your record, make sure to save the top portion of the packing slip you’re returning. It’s important that all returns and exchanges are unused and contain all original accessories and tags.

Be aware that all shipping and handling costs, as well as gift-wrap costs and other charges are non-refundable.

We do not accept CODs or third-party billing for returned merchandise.

In the event of shipping damages, please contact the carrier or our Customer Service department at 1-218-269-4626.

For any returned merchandise, you will receive a refund in the same form of payment originally used for its purchase within 30 days of our receiving the returned item. Your refund will include the cost of the product plus any applicable sales tax.

PETANI LLC does not accept exchanges, therefore follow the above items for the return and place your replacement order either on our website, petani-style.com or by calling our Customer Service at 1-218-269-4626 from 9:00am - 5:00pm CDT, Monday - Friday.

PETANI items purchased through Amazon, eBay, or other online stores cannot be returned or exchanged at our PETANI LLC online store or PETANI LLC store locations.

How to Return a Purchase to an Office Location

The rules above also apply to those customers who want to return their online purchase to our office locations. When returning the merchandise, you must present the original packing slip, order confirmation email, or your online purchase receipt displayed during checkout within 14 days of purchase. If you don’t have the receipt, you need to present a valid photo ID and will be issued a gift card that equals the recent selling price of the product. PETANI LLC reserves the right to limit or decline returns and exchanges.

Any online purchases paid for with PayPal or PayPal Credit must be returned to our PETANI LLC office.

Any items purchased through eBay, Amazon or other online stores cannot be returned or exchanged at our PETANI LLC online store.
